Proper Techniques for Storing Fresh Hops

Fresh hops are a great ingredient to use in brewing beer. However, they have a very short shelf life and should be used within 24 hours of harvesting. If you don’t have the time or ability to brew with them right away, it’s important to properly store them so that they don’t lose their freshness.
